Steve Fee is an awesome, gifted, talented, blessed, and all-around phenomenal worship leader.
No I'm not obsessed with him or the band, I just really appreciate how he allowed God to use him at Momentum. While many of the students may have gotten caught up in the music and the band themselves, the way Steve and the band led worship is what sticks out to me.
Don't get me wrong, they are talented musicians, but what sets Steve apart is his ability to take a group of people and usher them into the presence of God. At no point is he on stage to glorify himself. He does whatever necessary to take the focus off of himself and direct it toward God.
He defines the difference between simply leading songs and actually leading worship.
If you ever have the opportunity to take part in a worship service in which Steve Fee leads...jump all over it.
